McAvoy Hire provided first class accommodation consisting of new offices, stores and welfare facilities all painted in the company’s corporate livery. This included a level of service agreement to enable future relationships to be developed.

The project was the first the company has used McAvoy Hire. The cabins were delivered to site, on time and unloaded in a professional manor. The cabins and internal furniture were of high standard.

McAvoy Hire has since provided Hill partnerships with multiple site sets ups.

Project Brief

Hill Partnerships, one of the leading names in the provision of affordable homes within the UK, working closely with housing associations and public sector clients, required fast-track office accommodation for Chiltern Hundreds Charitable Housing Association Ltd, and consists of new build timber frame residential dwellings for rent comprising of eight one bed flats,14 two bed flats and  one house, and associated external works. This project runs for 12 months.
